we stayed at nautilus resort and we loved our time there. the location is ideal, close to the beach and cafes. the staff were so helpful and kind, making our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean with great amenities like a full-size fridge and aircon. we especially enjoyed the balcony and the friendly lorikeets that visited. we will definitely be returning with family next time.

Apartment was air conditioned, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the setting was marvellous. You could walk to a shopping area and a market.

The hotel was comfortable and neat with magnificent views of the beach. Brand-new rooms were air conditioned, and the beds were comfortable!

Quiet and well positioned. Comfortable but basic.

Hygiene needed attention.Crockery and cutlery needed a good wash before use. Laundery and bathroom had unpleasant odour of stale water . Mentioned to front desk but it didn't improve. The room had balconies but was south facing. Would not have booked room if I had known this.

Restaurant a little too restricting. A more general menu would have been appealing to teenagers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful the place was very clean and tidy. great location, the room was a good size for 4 people

The weather was wonderful during my excellent stay. the location was great and fantastic, just a 10-15 minutes walk from Mooloolaba Esplanade. the hotel was the best base for enjoying a very quiet area.

Location - close to main street

The washing machine was not working the practice of requring guests to wash their own dishes and dispose of their own rubbish needs to discontinue. if the establishment retains cleaners, these activities fall within the definition of 'cleaning' and should not be allocated to the guests, under pain of a surcharge./

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and neat with particularly nice views of the beach. The staff were very efficient and knew how to help. All the dishes were good, nevertheless you can visit nearby Yasoo Yiros Bar.

The location here is very central with many restaurants nearby, and the welcoming hotel staff is attentive but not overbearing.

People inPool area got quite noisy at times. The sound from the water fall was loud and I found it annoying because I had to close all the windows to keep the sound out
